Refund / Cancellation Policy

Technical issue

In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our Portal but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the Temples’s account receives the payment. We manually submit the payment in our portal. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in Temples’s account.

Multiple Payments Case

If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the temple will refund the payment after the Temples’s account receives payment.

Other cases

In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the temple has to be directly contacted and the Temple decision would be final.

Cancellation Of Booking By You in case of or Should You Wish To Cancel Your Booking, You Must Notify Us In Writing. Such Notification Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Given To Us Only On The Date Of The Receipt Of Your Letter, Since We Can Act Only On Written Request as per the Management Decision. Any refunds will then be processed in 5-7 business days. The temple can be contacted via information provided in the contact us section. 

On-Line Payments

Using the online payment facilities on our website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use our online payment facilities. All online payments are subject to these conditions.

Your payment will normally reach the temple’s bank account within two working days. We cannot accept any liability for delayed payments

We cannot accept liability for payments being recorded on the wrong account if you supply inaccurate information, but will make every effort to reallocate any such payments if they arise

We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

If your card supplier declines payment, the temple is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

The temple shall make reasonable efforts to keep the information provided by the user confidential. The temple may share your personal information with our bankers for clearing necessary fees payments.

Others

All sevas must be booked at least 1 days in advance

Sevas and seva timings are subject to change as per the customs and situations at the temple without prior notice

Devotees are hereby requested to provide valid Id Proof details at the temple on or before the seva date.

Seva amount is exclusive of TDR, Service tax & charges. These would depend on the mode of payment used. These are subject to changes and are governed by regulations.
